Platform
Everything between the submit button and the patient's front door
qPrescribe is five modules that fit together: intake, prescribers, e-prescribing, fulfillment, and the API that ties them to your product. Take the whole stack or the pieces you are missing.
Module 01
Patient intake
Clinically reviewed questionnaires that collect what a prescriber actually needs to decide.
Every category has its own branching questionnaire, written with our medical directors and versioned like code. Contraindication logic screens patients out before they reach a provider, which keeps your denial rate — and your provider costs — low.
What you get
- Category-specific branching logic, versioned and auditable
- Automatic screening for contraindications and drug interactions
- ID verification and photo capture where the category requires it
- Embed our hosted widget, or drive the whole flow from your own UI
Module 02
Prescriber network
Licensed clinicians in every state, matched to the patient and the category.
Requests route to a provider licensed in the patient's state and credentialed in the relevant category. We plan capacity against your forecast volume, so a launch spike does not turn into a three-day queue.
What you get
- MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs across all 50 states and DC
- Primary source verification and continuous license monitoring
- Routing that respects state modality rules automatically
- Capacity planning and surge coverage tied to your forecast
Module 03
E-prescribing & records
A real clinical record behind every prescription, not a checkout receipt.
Consults produce a documented encounter: intake responses, provider notes, the decision, and the transmitted prescription. Records are retained to the standard each state expects and are exportable if you ever change vendors.
What you get
- NCPDP SCRIPT transmission to any credentialed pharmacy
- Structured encounter notes and a durable audit trail
- Async review by default, live video where required
- Patient record export — no lock-in on your clinical data
Module 04
Pharmacy fulfillment
Retail, mail-order, and compounding partners under one routing layer.
We route each prescription to the pharmacy that fits the therapy, the price point, and the delivery window you have promised. If you already have a pharmacy relationship, we transmit there instead.
What you get
- Retail, mail-order, and 503A/503B compounding partners
- Cold chain handling for temperature-sensitive therapies
- Tracking and delivery events surfaced as webhooks
- Bring your own pharmacy if you already have one
Module 05
API & webhooks
The integration surface your engineers will actually enjoy.
Predictable REST resources, signed webhooks with retry and replay, and a sandbox that simulates provider decisions so you can test the whole lifecycle before a single real patient exists.
What you get
- REST API with typed SDKs for TypeScript, Python, and Ruby
- Signed webhooks with automatic retry, replay, and dead-lettering
- Full sandbox with simulated provider decisions and pharmacy events
- Scoped API keys, IP allowlists, and per-environment credentials

The operational tooling nobody budgets for
These are the things teams discover they need in month two, once the first prescriptions are flowing and the questions start arriving.
Operations dashboard
Consult volume, approval rates, provider turnaround, and refill adherence — per category and per state.
Refill management
Automated refill eligibility, re-evaluation cadence, and lapse recovery so subscriptions do not silently churn.
Patient support tooling
A support console for your team with scoped PHI access, message threads, and consult history.
Integration
Three ways to connect
Pick the level of control that matches your team. You can start hosted and move to the API later without re-onboarding.
Hosted intake
Drop in a themed intake flow with a script tag. Fastest path to a first prescription — typically live in days.
Headless API
Build your own front end and call our resources directly. Full control over the patient experience, still fully compliant.
Fulfillment only
Already have prescribers? Use our pharmacy routing and delivery layer on its own.
Next step
See the platform against your actual use case.
Bring your categories, your states, and your volume forecast. We will walk the stack end to end and show you where the constraints really are.
