This privacy policy applies to the public marketing website operated by QPrescribe LLC (“qPrescribe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://qprescribe.com and related pages. It covers business-contact and website information only.

Patient medical records and other protected health information are described in the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices published by the Curadoc clinical entities, not in this policy. Do not send patient information to our partnerships email.

When you request a demo or otherwise contact us through the site, we collect the information you provide on the form: name, work email, company, role, treatment category of interest, expected consult volume, and any message you include.

We also collect ordinary technical data when you visit the site, such as browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, and referring URL. If we use cookies or similar technologies, they are used to operate the site, understand traffic, and improve the experience — not to sell your personal information.

We use demo-form and contact information to respond to your inquiry, schedule conversations, evaluate fit, and keep records of business correspondence. We may use aggregated, de-identified website analytics to improve content and performance.

If you need to exchange clinical information, use the secure channels designated in your partner agreement with the applicable Curadoc clinical entity. Unsolicited PHI sent to the partnerships inbox may be deleted without being used for treatment.

We retain demo and contact records for as long as needed to respond to you, manage the business relationship, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Website logs and analytics are retained for a limited operational period and then deleted or aggregated.
